Did You Know?
The Ellis Family
The Ellis Family is in need of our prayers.  Their young daughter was
diagnosed with leukemia; she was taken to Gainesville, Florida for
treatment.  The doctors have begun the preparation for chemotherapy.
Her father is on his way home from a deployment.  They are in need of
help and the MSC is going to do what we can to assist.  We are making
an immediate $100 donation to them and plan on doing a larger
donation after the new year. If you can donate to this family at all, we
are going to take up a collection at the next MSC meeting.
Thank you for your support and prayers for this family.

Next MSC Meeting Info
The next MSC meeting is Thursday, January 3rd, 2008.
Social time is from 6:00pm - 6:30pm and the meeting
starting at 6:30pm. We are going to have food and drinks
and some great information about upcoming events on
base and from the MSC.  We are also going to ask for
people to start signing up to bring food for the meetings,
like a pot-luck event. We will have more information for you
that night. Hope to see you there!
Child Care Needs
With deployments a part of the everyday life of a
military spouse and parenthood something that
cant just be set aside, MSC offers child care for
our meetings. But we are in need of people to
help watch the children. If you have a teenager
willing or know of someone, or are willing to
split up the meeting and sit for a while yourself,
please email our Child Care coordinator at
childcare@moodyspousesclub.com.
We are also asking if you could donate $3 per
family towards the care of your children at
meetings it would be appreciated.

Cookie Drive
The Cookie Drive was a huge
success! Thank you everyone for your
help and donations of cookies. It made
our Airmen very happy. We were able
to give each dorm resident 1 1/2 dozen
cookies and we were able to get a
large donation down town to send to
some of Moody's deployed Airmen.
Thank you again everyone for your help
with this noble event.
